Great curb appeal for that 'suburbia' feel we all go for. I tried
to make a small house with lots to offer. This is why you find a
small kitchen with the dining area in the living room. Figuering
out a workable (considering the 'Sim path' need) configuration that was
also eye appealing was a challenge! I moved the Burb family into
this lot and while they didn't use the kitchen islands to eat at
willingly, when I directed them to, they used it (ie: no blockage) -
but they prefer dining in the living room. *whatever*
If your family expands, I'd suggest gutting the kids room and placing
stairs (spiral) there, then build up for your dream home. :)
