Selling points:
3 BR, 1.5 Ba, large living room, kitchen, dining area, large entry,
patio, pool, room for a driveway but I didn't include that. All
of the pictures but one show a roof used from Loco Plus. Loco
Plus seems to be closed down at this time. Before I packaged the
lot I changed to a Maxis roof. One picture of that is
included. It's not base game. Sorry! Nothing else
'fit' the mood.
I have all EPs and all Stuff Packs installed in my game at this
date. All lots are checked with Clean Installer prior to zipping
and uploading.
